Michelle Jolley

Michelle’s greatest passion is assisting others, so they recognize that their “Differences/Uniqueness are of Value”. She finds excitement in helping her clients navigate uncomfortable conversations as an organization while facing challenges with established tools. Michelle advocates with and for her clients, so they can remove barriers, create familiar spaces, and decrease stress.

Michelle’s work includes forming partnerships with organizations to transform, facilitate, and develop their vision in the organization and community.  She has led and co-led various faith-based and start-up organization ventures and curriculums.  These events allow the organization and community to unpack emotions and bring awareness while promoting an environment of learning.  

With an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and over 25 years of executive and leadership experience at the nation’s 3rd ranked medical school, Michelle’s greatest asset is her diverse, leadership-rich professional background.

After decades of program and staff development, finance management, and grants administration she pursued an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and became a Certified Healthcare Leadership Coach. Michelle’s passion is coaching emerging, high-potential leaders to their full potential. Together with Aspire’s founder, Jennifer Owen O’Quill, Michelle leads Aspire’s Healthcare practice.
