Customizable Leadership Development Solutions:

A practical, tactical leadership development experience focused on building self-awareness about the impact and implications of your leadership style on others. Participants gain an understanding of the different behavior styles leaders must successfully interact with to lead teams effectively.
Employee engagement and effective communication strategies are covered, as well as personal leadership topics, such as time and priority management. This course builds leadership skills that positively impact both people and productivity. Each module, tool, and practice builds on the other, creating the scaffolding to lift individuals to their next level of leadership.

This experience focuses on developing organizational awareness, fostering culture, and building executive presence and strategic thinking skills to move to the next level of leadership.
Moving to executive leadership, either at the VP or C-Suite level, requires a new level of diplomacy and political acumen, such as strategic thinking, planning and execution. It also requires different dimensions of executive presence, vision-casting, and engagement through storytelling.
This experience requires participants to solicit and process a significant amount of feedback/feedforward. Participating leaders, dyads, and/or teams should be prepared for a high degree of candor.

Our C-Suite 360 is a comprehensive, multiple assessment experience, debriefed by an expert executive-level performance coach. Assessments can be tailored to include key external stakeholders.
Our Leader 360 provides leaders with a thorough, 360 degree view of their professional performance within an organization. This experience is debriefed by an individual performance coach. The debrief is a two part process:
- first with the individual and their performance coach 1:1,
- next with the individual, their leader, and their performance coach. A learning and development plan emerges from this second debrief.
