Marisa’s background in Industrial-organizational psychology, coupled with a lifetime of exposure to small and quickly growing businesses, allows her to help leaders implement the frameworks required to systematically help everyone within an organization move in the same direction, communicate effectively, and advance toward a single, collective goal.
Marisa designed a Customer Experience Model that has transformed how organizations turn customers into Brand Champions. She scaled operations (HR, Recruiting, Facilities, and IT) for Webmail.us, a Fortune 500 email hosting company that grew 1000% in three years, and established and scaled operations, customer success, inbound sales, pre-production, and production functions for an online apparel company. Marisa has often served as the only female on the leadership team and has coached numerous CEOs on increasing diversity of thought on their leadership teams.
Through her work, Marisa partnered with the CEO of a 100-year-old organization to transform and strengthen their Board of Directors. The supporting handbooks, training, and materials were presented at a national conference and are now utilized by numerous Boards nationwide.
