Director of Client Experience - Wanda Johnson
Wanda is our Director of our Client Experience. She is the heart and soul of our engagement experience.
Wanda helps match clients with a Lead Consultant, holds every Consultant accountable for thoughtfully crafted client touchpoints, and ensures that your organization’s stakeholders are informed and intentionally integrated throughout the course of the engagement.
After our work together concludes, she will check in to ensure you have everything you need to continue to move your initiatives forward successfully.
Wanda comes to us with depth of experience in managing programs, leading teams, and ensuring accuracy and strong execution. She loves spending time with her family, enjoying her grandchildren and hiking. We value her gift of discernment, and her ability to inquire deeply until fresh insights emerge.
