We offer customizable leadership development solutions that include:

  • a blocking and tackline leadership development experiences focused on building the leader’s self-awareness about the implications of their leadership role on others, and an understanding of the different behavior styles a leader must successfully interact with and lead. Employee engagement and effective communication strategies are covered, as are personal leadership topics such a time and priority management. 

  • this experience focuses on developing organizational awareness, fostering culture, and building the executive presence and strategic thinking skills to move to the next level of leadership. 

  • moving to executive leadership, either at the VP or C-Suite level requires a new level of diplomacy and political acumen; strategic thinking, planning and execution; and different dimensions of executive presence, vision-casting, engagement by storytelling. This experience requires participants to solicit and process a significant amount of feedback/feed-forward. Participating leaders, dyads and/or teams should be prepared for a high-level of candor.

    These assessments can be delivered to individuals, teams, divisions, and across organizations to assess levels of trust and Conversational Intelligence, and provide a road-map for trust-building at every level of the organization.

  • This assessment provides insight into the 4 aspects to a team’s work cycle, from vision to execution, and illuminates the continuum of role styles leaders can exercise within each aspect of the work cycle. 

    This assessment is well suited for divisional leadership teams, as well as intact working teams.

  • These behavioral assessments for employees and leaders provide key insights for effective communication, provide a foundation for team-building strategies, empower leadership development, and highlight opportunities to cultivate greater self-awareness and other-awareness for every level of employee and leader.

  • 360s are available or both C-Suite level executives and VP and Director level leaders. We recommend 360s be leveraged to develop and grow next-level performance. Other HR tools are preferred for performance management concerns. 

    Our C-Suite 360 is comprehensive, multiple assessment experience, debriefed by an expert executive-level performance coach. Assessments can be tailored to include key external stakeholders. 

    Our Leader 360 provides leaders with a thorough, 360 degree view of their professional performance within an organization. This experience is debriefed by an individual performance coach. The debrief is a two part process: first with the individual and their performance coach 1:1, next with the individual, their leader, and their performance coach. A learning and development plan emerges from this second debrief.
